Delegate Assistance
The Technical Secretariat will be located in the Faculty of Medicine Hall. During the event, the Technical Secretariat will be responsible, among other duties, for the following functions:
- Distribution of documentation.
- Registration and control of registrations.
- Assistance to speakers and committees.
- Support for exhibitors.
- Assistance to delegates with travel and accommodation arrangements.

Important Notes:
- The Technical Secretariat and the registration desks for delegate accreditation will be located in the Faculty of Medicine Hall.
- Documentation will be distributed at the Technical Secretariat from 16 April at 8.00 am. Please ensure that you have collected all the documentation applicable to you.
- Delegates must wear their accreditation badge in a visible place in order to access the venue and the scientific sessions.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode in all rooms where scientific activities are taking place.
- Any changes to the official programme or relevant updates will be announced in due course via the notice board and by the Technical Secretariat.
